    Gotta love Labor Day weekend! Super busy, but the staff is kicking ass. Dan was running the front all by himself like a boss. I am a partner from south Florida and I understand holiday weekends. This store is great and the staff was amazing.

    How hard is it to put extra cream in a cup of coffee I pay 5 dollars for? Apparently, too hard. I used to go to this Starbucks frequently and lately, I always have to ask them again to put extra cream in my coffee. Today they didn't do it TWICE. Went through the drive thru again to only be handed the drink a THIRD time still without extra cream. When I refused it, the lady got all pissed off and stormed off with my drink. Came back and I said "sorry to be such a problem" then she was faking to be nice. I'm done with this place. Raab Road I never have issues with but this one is closer to my house. If I'm paying 5 bucks for a drink, damnit, I want it the way I want. Congrats Starbucks, you turned me into "that customer."

    This Starbucks is certainly the slowest Starbucks in the Bloomington-Normal area. If you dare go in the drive-thru, I hope you have 20 minutes. I have tried their drive-thru several times, and despite how short the line looks, it will take a very long time. I usually drive a few blocks down to the other Starbucks that is much quicker. The same can be said for the ordering inside the store. Their saving grace, however, is the mobile ordering. They seem to be pretty right on target with the time quoted on the app.  On this specific trip to Starbucks, I did mobile ordering and they were finishing my coffee as soon as I walked into the store. The service here is very friendly and they do get the orders consistently correct. I think they just may be far understaffed compared to the other Starbucks.

    Online order ahead I thought would be easier. It was supposed to be ready for pick up but wasn't, not a big deal. Having me wait for it then only giving the drink and forgetting the food isn't, making me wait for 5 more minutes in the drive through during morning rush after handing me a drink like I'm just chilling in the lane isn't. Getting the drink wrong after all of that definitely isn't. This isn't the first really bad experience I've had at this Starbucks, and only this Starbucks. The short drive to the Washington/veterans location is well worth it, otherwise double check your order before driving off, especially in the drive thru.

    Another great STARBUCKS but seriously is there a bad one. Excited to try the Italian Roast at home. Good price on this dark roast.
